HOW THE FEEDBACK CREDITS WORK
Using CameraTag inside the Singing Ignition platform, you will record a 60-second video of yourself singing either one (1) exercise from an ILP or one (1) song excerpt.
I will watch your video and within two business days, send back a video reply up to 5-minutes long, assessing what I hear and giving you tips for improvement. I will record these videos in the program Zight, and you will receive a link to the video via email.
At the beginning of each billing month, you will receive two new Feedback credits. You can use both to request Exercise or Song Feedback videos (or one of each.) These 2 credits expire at the end of each month when your subscription renews, so be sure to use them up within the month.
Assessment Feedback
In addition to your 2 Feedback credits every month, you will also receive an Assessment Feedback video every time you submit a 2-month Assessment at the end of each module. Each module lasts 10 weeks, so you have the opportunity to receive video feedback about your progress at this 10-week interval.
